Senior Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst
In this role you will proactively identify and evaluate foreign influence risks, adversarial affiliations, and national security threats to Natcast and NSTC operations, directly supporting America's leadership in semiconductor technology.
Every day you will leverage open-source intelligence to support supply chain risk assessments, cybersecurity SCRM, investment security screening, and organizational due diligence initiatives.
To thrive in this role you must combine investigative expertise with strategic thinking, leading intelligence initiatives that identify and assess potential national security risks associated with key supply chain partners, NSTC members, and investment prospects.

This role will directly inform Natcast's risk mitigation strategies, support evidence-based decision-making, and strengthen the organization's broader security and compliance posture within the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured investigations using publicly available information to assess affiliations, ownership structures, and national security risks
- Support comprehensive reviews of prospective NSTC members, suppliers, and investment candidates
- Identify ties to foreign entities of concern, foreign ownership, control, and influence
- Conduct OSINT assessments on early-stage technology companies under consideration for Natcast investment
- Provide OSINT-driven insights for supply chain risk management
- Lead C-SCRM program development and execution
- Monitor global supply chains for emerging geopolitical risks
- Maintain OSINT toolkits and methodology documentation
- Support development of internal resources and awareness materials
- Provide foreign travel security guidance and threat awareness
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, National Security, Intelligence Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience conducting open-source intelligence analysis or investigative due diligence
- Able to obtain and maintain at least a Top Secret Security Clearance
- Proven ability to identify foreign influence indicators across corporate structures, research collaborations, and funding relationships
- Familiarity with export control regulations, FOCI/FEOC screening, and national security investment review frameworks (CFIUS, ICTS)
- Excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to communicate technical findings to senior audiences
- Demonstrate analytic integrity, rigor, and tradecraft standards while producing analytic products within established timelines
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience developing SCRM and C-SCRM programs
- Experience supporting investment security programs or venture due diligence efforts
- Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and critical technology domains
- Familiarity with commercial investigative databases
