NaviRisk is a consulting firm specializing in business risk and security. Our international clients rely on us at every stage of analytical, systemic, and advisory support.

As part of expanding our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual to provide support in the analysis department at our Warsaw office.

Job Description

As an Analyst, you will be part of our team working on preparing materials for credibility reports on business entities in Poland and worldwide. In this role, you will combine the duties of an analyst, researcher, and information broker. Both team-based and individually, you will search for information in online media (and beyond), databases, by phone, in registries (online and physical), and create reports on the examined companies, using all available sources. We will have high expectations of you regarding the quality of content, accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensiveness of report preparation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Working on risk management projects using open-source intelligence (OSINT);
  • Creating reports involving research and analyses in various languages. Fluency in English and Polish is required for this position. Additional language skills will be an asset;
  • Verifying the quality of sources;
  • Writing reports and other documents that clearly and comprehensively present the collected information;
  • Collaborating with teams in other offices abroad;
  • Presenting analysis results to clients;
  • Knowledge of regional and industry economic trends;
  • Readiness for development in the advisory and consulting industry.

Our Requirements

  • Fluent command of Polish in speech and writing;
  • English at least at an advanced level (additional languages welcome);
  • Higher education, preferably in security, law, political science, international business, accounting, finance, economics, or journalism;
  • High level of organization in managing workload and time;
  • Proficiency in searching for information from all available sources;
  • Good understanding of risk areas and compliance-related elements, with the ability to explain them to the recipient;
  • Proficiency in common IT systems, including office suites, search engines, and social media. Knowledge of OSINT-supporting tools will be an asset;
  • Timeliness and consistent delivery of materials on schedule;
  • Commitment to continuous learning;
  • Client-focused approach;
  • Highest level of integrity and ethical standards;
  • Experience in roles related to compliance, anti-fraud, due diligence, AML, etc., will be an advantage.
