ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As an OSINT Leader, you will join the Global Security teams, whose role is to:

  1. Deploy the OSINT roadmap and framework, based on our business risks.
  2. Benchmark and implement OSINT tools and frameworks based on the business needs.
  3. Collect, analyze, and report intelligence derived from publicly available sources.
  4. Raise anomalies and propose action plans and reports based on investigations.
  5. Promote continuous improvement.


YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Analyze information from open sources including social media, news outlets, forums, public records, and specialized databases.
  • Monitor trends, events, and threat actors relevant to the organization’s interests, assets, and operations.
  • Analyze collected data to identify patterns and risks
  • Extract and analyse data to detect weak signals or anomalies.
  • Contribute to security investigations and checks.
  • Present findings to internal teams, including security, legal, compliance, and executive leadership.
  • Define and optimize OSINT tools and platforms.
  • Develop and refine collection methodologies and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with cybersecurity, physical security, and internal fraud.
  • Share intelligence findings across departments and contribute to a centralized knowledge base.
  • Contribute to monitoring dashboards with KRI/KPI

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in OSINT activity or offensive team
  • You are recognized for your ability to mentor engineers, build career paths, and recruit and develop talent in fast-paced environments.
  • You possess great ability to work as a transversal team.
  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • You are highly proactive and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director. Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
