• Digital Listening & OSINT: You monitor publicly accessible digital sources and channels, identify company-relevant developments early on, and filter information that is important for corporate security. Additionally, you support investigations through research within the framework of law enforcement.
• With a forward-looking perspective: You analyze security-relevant topics, trends, sentiments, and narratives in the digital space. In doing so, you identify patterns, examine correlations, and create situation and analysis reports for management.
• Assess collaborations effectively: You identify and evaluate potential risks associated with service providers and social media partners. To do this, you review publicly available information, assess its reliability, and update risk assessments transparently and thoroughly.
• Thinking processes through: They contribute their own ideas to further develop existing workflows. This also includes looking at suitable tools and methods, for example for social media analysis, trend monitoring, or the assessment of digital risks.

What you bring with you

• Experience: A successfully completed degree in marketing or journalism
• Expertise: Experience – ideally gained through internships or working student positions – in social media monitoring, digital listening, OSINT, journalistic research, and security analysis.
• Curiosity: A strong interest in current and global events and their impact on media perception of the company. Do you maintain perspective where others only see noise? Do you recognize patterns, assess situations, and derive clear decisions from them?
• Language skills: Thanks to your excellent German and English skills, you analyze sources comprehensively and draw well-founded conclusions.
• Strength in action: With impressive communication skills and team spirit, you master challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Cool head: They work precisely even in time-critical situations and always maintain an overview.
