We’re seeking an OSINT Specialist Intern (6-month full-time or 12-month part-time) to work alongside our Customer Success Team, helping strengthen relationships with our customers and ensuring they get the most value from our platform.

Scope of work:

• Assist the team in building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Help train and guide customers on using our platform for open-source data collection and analysis.
• Support the team in solving unique technical problems and exploring innovative solutions.
• Translate complex ideas into simple explanations for customers.
• Share customer feedback with our product team to help shape future improvements.
• Research and test new technologies that could benefit our users.

Your profile:

• Currently in your final year of studies in competitive intelligence, strategic intelligence, economic intelligence, geopolitics, political science, defense or international relations
• Excited by technology and how it can be a catalyst for change.
• Interest in both international current affairs and information technology advancements.
• A good team spirit and solid communication skills
• Fluency in French & good command of English

You get bonus points if you have any of the following:

• Exposure to social network analysis, and knowledge of clear, deep and dark web investigation.
• Experience working within a SaaS or digital consultancy environments.
• Experience with data analytics, or data and network analysis.
