We are seeking a strategic and analytical Lead Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Specialist to drive our threat landscape analysis. This role is essential for transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, ensuring the organization stays ahead of emerging adversaries and evolving cyber threats.
Project Overview

- Location: Onsite in Belgium or Luxembourg (EU Nationality Required)
Role Scope & Responsibilities
As the Lead CTI Specialist, you will oversee the entire intelligence cycle, providing the foresight necessary to defend against sophisticated cyber-attacks.
- Intelligence Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end CTI lifecycle, from requirements gathering and collection to processing, analysis, and dissemination.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze complex cyber threat data to identify patterns, actor TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures), and emerging trends.
- Information Exchange: Serve as the lead point for exchanging cybersecurity information and threat indicators with relevant stakeholders and peer groups.
- Reporting & Communication: Produce high-fidelity threat reports tailored for both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Situational Awareness: Maintain real-time situational awareness of the global threat landscape and provide voluntary threat notifications to internal and external partners.
Key Deliverables
- Cyber Threat Intelligence Manual: A foundational document defining CTI processes, sources, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Cyber Threat Reports: Regular briefings on active campaigns, threat actors, and industry-specific vulnerabilities.
- Cyber Incident Reports: Detailed intelligence-led contributions to post-incident analyses, focusing on attribution and adversary behavior.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Proven expertise in CTI roles, with a deep understanding of the Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and Kill Chain methodologies.
Relevant Certifications:
- ISACA CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
- SANS GIAC (GCTI) or similar specialized threat intelligence certifications are highly desirable.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Expertise in OSINT, HUMINT (limited context), and technical SIGINT analysis.
- Proficiency with TIPs (Threat Intelligence Platforms) and information sharing standards (STIX/TAXII).
- Ability to synthesize technical data into clear, strategic advice for decision-makers.
