Job Description

Do you want to use your expertise as an investigator and help take care of our insurance community? Do you want to make a difference and be something special for others?

As an employee of LB, you get more substance in your job, where conditions, benefits and flexibility benefit the whole person. At LB Forsikring, we put our soul into our work, and we meet members, colleagues and the world around us with a keen sense. You become part of a member-owned community, where we are there for each other. We also share the goal of making insurance redundant.

Do these tasks sound like something for you?

As a claims adjuster in the Skadekonsulenterne team , you will become part of Skadejura, which comprises two departments and several teams with different professional skills. Here you will meet committed and skilled colleagues – and you will have a role with great influence and freedom under responsibility.

Your main tasks in the position will be:

  • Investigation of cases in the automotive field where questions arise about possible fraud - both from the desk and in the field
  • Conduct investigations using OSINT
  • Prepare reports and settings
  • Establish good collaboration with relevant teams on the cases
  • Teaching colleagues in LB
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of workflows

You will have an exciting and versatile job as a claims inspector. You will work with the three current claims inspectors, all of whom have a background in the police and one office inspector who has an insurance background. The team works independently and investigates cases where there is a reasonable suspicion that a member is not acting properly and therefore cannot be part of the LB community.

Do you want to be part of our community?

We want you to thrive and that we achieve our goals together. That's why we look at, among other things, whether you have the following professional and personal skills for the job.

You have solid experience as an investigator – perhaps from the police. If you also have experience with or an interest in cars, that is an added plus.

We imagine that you;

  • Works in a structured and thorough manner – and has the ability to cut to the essentials in complex cases
  • Have solid IT skills and are comfortable working in digital systems
  • Has a good feel for people and can handle difficult conversations
  • Thrive on independent work and take responsibility for following through on tasks - while contributing to the community and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Are interested in varied tasks and have high motivation in relation to new tasks
  • Are structured and ready to contribute where you are needed most
  • Is skilled in both oral and written communication
  • We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Wants to contribute to continuous improvements of our processes, systems and methods

We process applications on an ongoing basis and call for interviews throughout the process.
