6-Month Internship - OSINT and Logistics Coordination
Job Description
The COGES is recruiting its future OSINT and Logistics Coordination Intern! Position available from January 2026 for a duration of 6 months!
Context
The Visitors and Delegations Department of COGES, through its Visitors and Delegations service, is responsible for attracting high-quality professional and official visitors to Eurosatory and Expodefensa. It works to develop both the quality and volume of these visitors and delegations, while ensuring their proper management during the events.
The intern will be responsible for developing OSINT monitoring and analysis activities and will handle the coordination (reception, response tracking, coordination with the service provider, and interaction with accompanying officers and embassies) of accommodation and transportation for official delegations during the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition.
Under the supervision of the Director of Visitors and Delegations, your missions will include:
- Collecting information from open sources: institutional websites, social networks, public databases, etc.
- Researching and identifying official delegations and their representatives, as well as qualified visitors.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, key players, and opportunities.
- Producing summaries and reports for the Visitors and Delegations Department.
- Conducting strategic monitoring of the defense, security, and event sectors.
- Gathering information (from the visitors team, DGA, DCIS, French and foreign embassies) on delegations visiting the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition: arrival and departure times, number of people, names, number of nights.
- Daily updating of the rooming list table.
- Coordination and liaison with:
- The project managers of the service provider handling vehicles made available to delegations.
- The hotel contacts from the service provider present in the hotels accommodating the delegations.
- In collaboration with the Visitors and Delegations Department and the service provider, assisting in managing any delicate situations (issues with a driver and/or in a reserved hotel, lack of availability in reserved hotels, etc.).
- Working in collaboration with other COGES departments:
- Exchanges with the person responsible for conferences regarding accommodation and transportation services for VIPs/speakers at Eurosatory provided by COGES.
- Producing a final report at the end of the exhibition (attendance, no-shows, any issues encountered, areas for improvement in the service).
- Participating in the team's collective work (non-exhaustive list): sending correspondence, various logistics tasks before, during, and after missions.
Desired Profile
- Knowledge of OSINT research techniques.
- General knowledge of the defense and security sectors in France (institutions, private sector, technologies).
- Knowledge of protocol and event organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal software used by COGES.
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
