OSINT R&D Specialist

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking several creative individuals with experience in OSINT (hobby or professional), who can also build Python scripts in web scraping and data parsing, including API consumption.

Your location should ideally be the UK, but we will consider very strong candidates internationally. All work will be remote, but where able we would like to meet face-to-face once per year.

You must be self-motivated, work well under minimum supervision, and be an excellent problem solver.

The Role

The Role will involve you conducting research on behalf of our company, and building MVP scripts in Python to showcase your research. Your research & development will help directly influence the direction of our new product.

You will be expected to be proficient in Python and basic web-crawling techniques, API consumption via Python, and most importantly be experienced in online investigations via websites, forums, Apps, and other online communication platforms.

The required hours for this role are very flexible and designed to be able to conduct this role around your primary income, or this could be used as your primary income where the applicant is highly productive in their research outcomes.

This role does not require formal qualifications (although helpful) but does require a strong history of either professional or personal Python Project examples, ideally involving web data capture methods.

As part of working for us, you will be expected to agree to a non-disclosure, exclusivity, and non-compete contract. Payment will be highly competitive and negotiable, for the right person.
