My client is seeking a skilled Web Intelligence Analyst to join their team and support their mission of empowering public safety organisations through advanced digital intelligence solutions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professionals interested in utilising their intelligence experience to connect directly with clients.

The Web Intelligence Analyst position is primarily remote, though it requires travel to client offices within the DACH region. This is an exciting chance to join an established and successful team, applying your expertise in Open Source Intelligence while enhancing customer experiences through platform demonstrations and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Open Source and Web Intelligence investigations to create platform demonstrations and support sales processes.
• Produce detailed intelligence reports tailored to customer scenarios and sales needs.
• Deliver training and continuous guidance to customers during onboarding and beyond.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and enablement.
• Master the platform and communicate end user requirements back to the product development team for enhancements.
• Participate in professional events such as conferences and exhibitions to promote the company's offerings.
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years of practical intelligence experience, with expertise in Open Source Intelligence preferred.
• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory; additional languages such as French are advantageous.
• Proven experience in conducting intelligence-led investigations, alongside strong reporting and presentation skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented work approach.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, specifically within the DACH region.
