Trainer Selection: OSINT/SOCMINT Capacity-Building Workshop

OSINT Jobs Ltd is looking for a trainer to deliver a four-day, hands-on capacity-building workshop for law enforcement and criminal justice officials. The workshop covers applied OSINT and SOCMINT investigation techniques, delivered on site, with a strong emphasis on practical exercises over lecture.

This capture-the-flag assessment is how we screen candidates. It tests two areas in equal measure: applied OSINT and SOCMINT tradecraft, and the ability to teach and facilitate.

The assessment is the first step in a three-step OSINT Jobs recruitment process. Every candidate who participates receives instant feedback. No ghosting. Candidates who perform exceptionally well but are not selected for this engagement will be invited to join a roster for future training opportunities.

Note: CV review and background checks take place in the final stage, alongside a face-to-face interview.
