We are looking for analysts who are passionate about security, research, communication, and consulting. complexium is the OSINT intelligence center for corporate security in Germany. We have been based in Berlin since 2004. With our own technology, our analysis team can identify and present threats to companies and high-profile individuals at an early stage (corporate security, personal protection). We define intelligence as insights that put our clients ahead of the situation:

Your role:

As part of our team, you will play a key role in identifying threats early in the digital space and providing personal consultation to our clients. Your growth perspective:

• After a short onboarding period, you will support renowned clients with preventive analyses or acute threats — often before it appears on the evening news.
• You will capture digital activity using innovative tools and critically evaluate key aspects.

What you bring:

• Solid analytical skills, excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• German at native-speaker level and English almost as strong
• A completed master’s degree in: Political Science, International Relations, Security Management, International Security Studies, Communication Studies, or Social Sciences
• Understanding of geopolitics and its implications for companies
