OSINT Analyst Administration
Job Description
For our office in Milan – San Babila, we are looking for a candidate to be hired on a temporary agency contract (fixed-term) lasting 6 months as an OSINT Analyst within the “Economic Intelligence” team.
The department’s objective is to carry out Open Source Intelligence activities aimed at third-party analysis and the assessment of the reliability — including technical-operational and reputational aspects — of individuals and legal entities that currently have or may potentially have relationships with the A2A Group.

Within A2A, the Corporate Services organization includes strategic direction, coordination, and industrial management oversight, as well as business support and operational services (e.g., administrative and accounting services, legal, procurement, HR management, IT, communications, fixed and mobile telephony services, etc.). Costs, net of recharges allocated to Business Units based on services rendered, remain under Corporate responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Screening third parties using specific IT tools
- Collecting publicly available information on third parties
- Reconstructing corporate ownership chains to identify “beneficial owners”
- Critically analyzing collected information
- Preparing summary memoranda outlining identified issues resulting from conducted checks
You Are the Right Candidate If You Have
- A degree in Law, Economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and use of search engines combined with indexing techniques for gathering corporate and reputational information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English
