About the job
We are seeking an OSINT analyst for a permanent position in our Warsaw office. This position is responsible for acquiring, verifying, and analyzing information from publicly available sources, including the internet, social media, and public records. The collected data will be used to prepare reports that support decision-making processes in the areas of security, business intelligence, and risk analysis. We expect the candidate to combine technical skills with analytical thinking, ensuring the accuracy and credibility of information.
Job description
- Creating reports and analyses based on business intelligence regarding companies and individuals.
- Formulating conclusions and recommendations based on the information obtained and analyzed.
- Collaboration with institutions to obtain documents, as well as collaboration with detectives and law firms as part of project collaboration.
- Search, verification and analysis of data from open Polish and foreign sources.
- Direct contact with clients to discuss work progress.
- Writing expert texts to promote your personal brand and company.
- Continuous improvement in the field of economic intelligence and OSINT.
Requirements
- OSINT knowledge/information retrieval skills.
- Completed courses, training or workshops in the field of OSINT will be a great advantage.
- Higher education or currently studying, preferably in fields related to security, law, journalism, international relations, administration or librarianship.
- Ability to think analytically and assess risk.
- Creativity and innovation in approach to problem-solving and finding unconventional solutions.
- Experience in information brokerage, investigative work, risk management, or security is preferred but not essential. We provide training and industry-specific induction.
- Basic knowledge of the activities of business entities in Poland and the Commercial Companies Code.
- The ability to analyze company financial statements will be a great advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office environment, with particular emphasis on MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
