Job Description

• You contribute to gathering intelligence for military intelligence based on publicly and openly accessible data and information (OSINT).
• You manage content and access permissions in a central database.
• You research requested datasets and review datasets at specified intervals.
• You serve as the central point of contact for telephone and/or electronic inquiries regarding the central database.
• Participation in regular and advanced training courses is required.
• The position is expected to be filled as of November 1, 2025.

WHAT MATTERS FOR YOU

• You will be employed in a permanent position.

• Classification will be in pay group E 8 according to the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD).
• You will work full-time or part-time. The duties must be performed on-site at the office.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
WHAT MATTERS FOR US

• You have completed vocational training as a specialist for media and information services, a specialist in IT for data and process analysis, or as an office management assistant, or comparable qualifications.
• You agree to participate in an extended security clearance. Successful completion of the Level Ü2 security clearance is mandatory for the position. Due to this requirement, you will initially be hired on a fixed-term contract. If the security clearance is not passed, the contract will not be made permanent.
• You demonstrate through your conduct a commitment to the free democratic order as defined by the German Constitution.
• You agree to undergo a medical examination for employment, if required.

DESIRED

• You have good English language skills and are willing to further develop them through training.
• You have knowledge of the procedures and workflows in military intelligence.

Remarks

• The planned start date or "commencement of duties" is subject to change depending on the recruitment process.
• Classification will be based on § 12 TVöD, considering the actual, not merely temporary, duties performed and the fulfillment of personal and collective agreement requirements.
