Your role:
As Manager Global Security Intelligence & Investigations (m/f/d), you will be part of the Global Security & Protection Team and contribute to protecting employees, locations, and company assets worldwide. Your role combines operational experience with analytical depth and modern, technology-driven security practices. A particular focus is on the global development and sustainable rollout of existing programs in the areas of protective intelligence, corporate security, threat management, and event security. You will investigate, monitor, analyze, and plan behind the scenes, and then provide operational protection when it matters most.
Your contribution:
- Further development and adaptation of global protective intelligence and economic security programs, including monitoring of relevant information sources for the early detection of security-relevant developments.
- Continuous optimization and implementation of protection concepts against technical reconnaissance, covert information gathering and sabotage
- Assessment of threat scenarios and derivation of preventive measures, and planning and execution of security investigations in security-relevant incidents, including evidence gathering and reporting.
- Evaluation of digital traces and creation of reliable decision-making templates, as well as systematic assessment of evidence and threats and development of protection and intervention strategies.
- Support in internal conflicts and security-related incidents
- Participation in security concepts for events and management of external security service providers and operational support in the implementation of protective measures.
- Creation and implementation of global policies, standards and processes, as well as conducting internal training.
- Exchange with security authorities and external partners, as well as assuming representation tasks and presenting situation reports and project results.
A perfect match:
- Completed studies in a security-relevant field (e.g., criminology, security management, business psychology) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in corporate security, security authorities or a similar function with a focus on investigations, threat management or protective measures, as well as sound operational experience in security-relevant contexts, ideally with an international focus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating complex information situations (e.g., OSINT, digital traces)
- A strong willingness to systematically familiarize yourself with new or less familiar key areas of the above-mentioned fields of activity (e.g., event security, threat management, AI-based analytics) and subsequently to convey and roll out this expertise globally.
- Affinity for IT-based security solutions and willingness to actively use modern technologies such as AI
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips and continuous professional development
