Lead Developer & Founding Member (OSINT Product)

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Developer to join a brand-new OSINT startup!

Location: Remote
Compensation: Equity-based (evenly distributed among founding members)
Position Type: Co-founder / Full-time

About the startup: The new startup aims to support OSINT investigators by developing a simple, and easy to use tool that delivers real value. To that end, the startup is looking for a passionate Lead Developer who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to play a pivotal role in bringing the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to life.

What You'll Do:

• Take the lead in developing the MVP of a powerful OSINT tool from scratch.
• Build the tool's full stack, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Integrate machine learning and automation features into the tool to enhance data processing and intelligence gathering.
• Collaborate with fellow co-founders to shape the vision and roadmap of the product.
• Continuously innovate and evolve the product as you move towards a full release.
• Drive the technological strategy and architecture for future scaling.
• Contribute as a core decision-maker in the growth and direction of the company.

Who You Are:

• A passionate full-stack developer with experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experienced with MLOps, with a solid understanding of how to deploy and manage machine learning models.
• Familiar with tools, technologies, and methodologies in the OSINT space (a big plus but not mandatory).
• Comfortable taking ownership of a product’s technical development from concept to launch.
• A proactive, self-driven problem solver who loves to build and innovate.
• Looking for an opportunity to become a CTO and grow with the company as it scales.
• Interested in equity-based compensation with long-term growth potential.
