Tadaweb is looking for an online investigation specialist who has multiple years of experience working on online investigations for law enforcement.

Scope of work:
- You will build and maintain relationships with our users and key law enforcement stakeholders.
- You will train and mentor our customers on our platform to deliver value on open-source data collection and analysis.
- You will be problem solving daily and helping customers with use-cases that push what is technically possible.
- You act as the voice of the law enforcement customer internally to communicate feedback and requests to a cross-functional product team.
- You will research, explore and help implement new technologies at pace to help our users succeed whilst remaining safe and lawful.
Your profile:
- Deep experience with collection of publicly available information, production of OSINT, online investigations, or thorough internet research.
- Excited by technology and how it can be a catalyst for change.
- Comfortable preparing and delivering training workshops and customer briefs.
- Interest in the nexus between law enforcement and information technology advancements.
- Understanding of the challenges of maintaining an ethical, legal and transparent approach to data collection.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance for this role.
You get bonus points if you have any of the following:
- Management of law enforcement investigations, business intelligence analysts, or all source analysts.
- Deep policy understanding on the collection of Publicly Available Information
- Experience in social network analysis, and knowledge of clear, deep and dark web investigation.
- Ability to explain complex and time-sensitive issues to users in a simple manner.
- Experience with data analytics, or data and network analysis.
- Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
- Understanding of Government procurement processes.
- Additional foreign language skills.

This role will be based in the Tadaweb London office with initial training requiring some travel to our Luxembourg HQ, to meet colleagues and learn the product differentiators, and then ongoing regular travel inside the UK to see customers.
