Data processing and storage
OSINT Jobs LTD collects and stores job as well as recruitment related data in Airtable. At rest, Airtable encrypts data using AES-256. Airtable servers are located in the US, in data centers that are SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. We will store your data for a period of three years.

OSINT Jobs LTD stores data relating to transactions, payments and orders for a period of up to three years. This period may be extended under certain circumstances as part of our ongoing commitment to comply with UK and international law. We use carefully selected and recognised third-parties to help us take payments, provide commerce services and manage company accounts.

Some of these third-parties may operate outside the European Union. OSINT Jobs LTD only uses personal data for the reasons in which we have collected.
